El nombre de su primer disco “Inside Out”, pone de manifiesto que la única frontera de este TRIO es la composición en tiempo real; donde allí, la identidad sonora, climática y rítmica surge como la sana intención de que la música no se la explica ni se le otorga una valoración estética definitiva, sino que se la oye, se la siente y no se la clasifica. Donde el objetivismo, el subjetivismo y el valor intrínseco de cada integrante del TRIO hacen jugar en su música un papel de alternancia permanente en cada uno de los trabajos aquí grabados. En definitiva la Música de FRIED CHICKEN,busca emparentarse con los habituales procesos creativos donde el profundo pluralismo y las conversaciones timbricas de cada instrumento juega el papel de una experiencia estética diferente en cada momento.
